This is where you can submit the ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST for your upcoming event(s) and/or services.
All advertisement requests are to be submitted via the Advertisement Request Form online 1 month prior to your event. Advertisement request now covers flyer design, video/newscast promotion, e-blast and social media. Failure to submit your advertisement request within the allotted time will result in your advertisement not being produced and not shown.

Please send email requests only to the designated email address and not to any other staff members’ email addresses.
Step-by-Step Submission Process

Team Leader will Submit their requests via the form on the Team Leaders back-office on this page

An email thread will be initiated by TFCI Admin, including the Team Leader, and Lifeprint Media.

To ensure proper communication, accountability, and alignment, all correspondence from initial submission to final delivery must remain within this email thread. Please be sure to Reply All on every message.
2. Production Timeline Expectations

Flyers, Design & Graphics: Standard turnaround time is 2 weeks after the design request.

Video/Promotional Content: Standard turnaround time is 3 weeks after the set recording date.

All Requests must be submitted in advance.

Late submissions will not be completed on time.

If your submission is late, the new date of completion will be provided.
3. Recording Requirements

Once a request is made, it will require a recording:

The team leader or representative they assign must attend their scheduled recording.

Monthly recordings are scheduled for 2nd Saturdays @10:30am

Missed recordings will result in:

Delays

The recording request not being fulfilled.

If a team leader/representative misses a set recording, and the option to submit a voiceover is provided, the team leader/representative will be responsible for submitting a voiceover through the designated email thread that same day.
4. Voiceover Submissions
If you are provided with an option to submit a voiceover, the following
guidelines must be followed:

Voiceovers must be submitted within the timeframe provided.

Audio must be clear, complete, and ready for use.

All voiceovers must be submitted through the initial email thread (no text message submissions accepted).
Late or missing voice-overs will result in delays or incomplete production.
